At SIT SPAIN ART we have a modern fleet of vehicles specifically designed for the transport of Cultural Goods. We are backed by an impeccable track record and a team of 11 drivers who have been awarded for over a million kilometers without incident.
Technology applied to conservation
Our vehicles are equipped with climate control systems that allow constant control of temperature and humidity, thus guaranteeing optimal conditions for each work. They incorporate fire detection and extinguishing systems using non-contaminating NOVEC® fluid-safe for people and art-and have real-time geolocation, with active tracking through a mobile application.
In-house design and environmental commitment
We have developed vehicles adapted to the particularities of transporting works of art, taking into account criteria such as dimensions, weight and fragility. Our fleet has EURO6 engines with low consumption and reduced emissions, complying with the strictest environmental regulations and adapting to all types of urban mobility restrictions.
Stability, safety and total control
All our trucks are equipped with pneumatic suspension for shock and vibration absorption, lifting platforms for safe loading and unloading, isometric bodies with safety panels and high protection alarm systems. Each trip is carried out with two qualified drivers, guaranteeing constant vigilance and immediate response capacity.

At SIT SPAIN ARTE we offer a comprehensive service for the air transport of works of art, optimizing time, documentation and control in each shipment. Our experience allows us to speed up airport processes thanks to a specialized team that supervises each shipment in a personalized way.
Specialized customs management
We directly manage all the necessary customs procedures for the import and export of Cultural Goods. We take care of the formalization of documents, issuing of declarations, processing of customs duties and monitoring of transits. We have our own office in the cargo terminal of Madrid-Barajas Airport and a team with more than 20 years of experience, which ensures efficiency and control in each operation.
Expert air cargo and planning
We plan each shipment in advance and fully coordinate with airlines and handling companies, ensuring optimal access to airport facilities. Our specialized packing and palletizing team, with an average of 15 years of experience, allows us to achieve the highest standards of safety, efficiency and care.
Direct supervision on the track
We have authorized personnel for access to airport facilities, which allows us to directly supervise all loading and unloading operations. In addition, we accompany the security couriers in every step of the process, from customs control to final loading. Our office in the cargo terminal of the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport reinforces this control, offering logistical and operational support in real time.
