Packaging systems At SIT SPAIN ARTE we develop specialized packaging that complies with the most demanding regulations of the museum and art sector. Our systems are designed to offer maximum protection during the transport, handling and storage of works of art, attending to their specific conservation, climate control and stability requirements.
SPS® – Suspension System
Packing adaptable to different sizes, designed to minimize vibrations and shocks thanks to an internal suspension system. Reusable and efficient, it is ideal for land, air or sea transportation.
ETTRAMED® – Autonomous climate control
A packaging system with independent thermal regulation, which maintains stable temperature and humidity conditions during the entire journey, without depending on external factors.
SCS® - Double vibration and temperature protection
Combination of suspension and technical inner box that provides a double barrier against environmental changes and mechanical movements. Designed for particularly sensitive construction sites.
Supra C® - Real-time remote control
Currently under development, this system will allow continuous monitoring of both the location and the environmental conditions inside the packaging, in real time, from any device.
Quality control and material selection
Each packaging is custom-designed by our technical team, which supervises the entire production process under the strictest quality standards. We use only neutral, certified and tested materials, ensuring the preventive conservation of the works during storage or transportation.

We integrate sustainable practices at every stage of the packaging design and production process, minimizing our environmental footprint. At SIT SPAIN ARTE we apply a responsible purchasing policy, oriented towards environmental efficiency without compromising technical excellence. We prioritize the use of sustainable and low embedded energy materials, we take advantage of local resources whenever possible and we carefully manage the stock of wooden crates. We encourage the rental of reusable packaging, such as the SPS® system, and ensure the certified and responsible destruction of materials that have reached the end of their life cycle. All of this reflects our commitment to a real balance between artistic conservation and sustainability.
